Get Caught Reading: Remember to be reading every night between 7:30 and 7:45, a member of the Reading Committee may call your house to "catch" you!

Picture Pet Show: Bring in a picture of your "pet" it can be real or a favorite stuffed pet to enter in our show. We will be judging the week of the 26th.

Judy Sima, Storyteller: Award winning storyteller Judy Sima will be performing for our students on Wednesday, March 28th in the morning. Please consider joining us for this spellbinding performance.
Bookmark Contest: The forms for our annual Bookmark Contest with the rules will be available in the library or on-line at stdennis.org in the library section.
Who's Favorite Book:
Check out the display case in front of the office and see if you can guess what each staff members favorite book is!
Classroom Poster Contest: Each classroom will create a poster with an animal "book" theme for the chance to win a $50.00  gift certificate to the book fair for their classroom.
Preschool Storyhour: Our next storyhour will be on Thursday, March 15th at  9:00 a.m. in the library. Hope to see you  there.
Reading Day: What a day of FUN! Wear your favorite P.J.'s to school, bring a great stuffed animal, we will have special guest readers, a show, and a treat. This will be for our preschoolers, kindergarteners, 1st graders, and 2nd graders.
Who Wants to be
a Reader Extraordinaire: This exciting contest is open to all 3rd, 4th, and 5th graders who read at least 1 book during the month of March. The entry forms are available in the library or on-line at stdennis.org
Reading Jeopardy: This contest is for 6th, 7th, and 8th grade teams of not more than 3 and not less than 2 students. You must register your team with the library. The books used will be: Princess Academy, Holes, Bridge to Terabithia, and Al Capone Does My Shirts.
Jr. High Page Contest: Open to 6th, 7th and 8th grader students who record the age appropriate "pages" they read during the month. The forms are available in the library or on-line at stdennis.org.
